TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS STRUCTURE
Our door guarantees a great durability, reliability and energy saving, with a minimum of maintenance. Each door is designed in a personalized way, to withstand winds and bad weather, since it may be different depending on the area where it is installed. The upper cross-beam is made of galvanized steel, able to withstand motor, bearings, roller, lifting straps, and the door itself. Our model standard consists of two panels of polyester, PVC coated and placed inside the double warhead profiles, located at the ends of the horizontal bar, mounted on two lateral columns to cushion the pressure of the wind, so that the friction and noise are reduced during the opening and closing operations.
The panel is composed of individual sections, so that, in case of damage or wear, there is no need to replace the entire panel, only the damaged section. The horizontal bars consist of aluminium profiles with bolts designed to withstand strong winds and customized based on the needs of our customers and the peculiarities of the area where is installed the door.
Guides are made of galvanized steel, also personalizing your size and shape to withstand strong winds.

CURTAIN
It consists of two intermediate trusses that are placed between the two PVC backdrops and are set through an anodized aluminium profile and set screws. They confer resistance to wind to the sliding door on the side rails using special at both ends sliding blocks, also equipped with special noise damping bearings.
Plastic tarps are high quality with resistance to wear, abrasion, discoloration and conform to certificate flame retardant type M2. Colors in samples (red, yellow, green, dark blue, blue light, white, black, grey, cream, orange).
